How it Works

We assist with developing the job description, ensuring to capture the personal characteristics and skills that result in success within the role. 

Job descriptions are then shared across our network and yours in an effort to source the most qualified applicants. All candidates are usually required to take a personality test in addition to submitting their resumes.

Resumes are evaluated with a fine-tooth comb, as we like to look beyond the typical qualities that an applicant might list in search of those that highlight skills that may often go overlooked just because an applicant doesn’t have previous experience as an assistant. 

Matriarch then schedules preliminary calls with each applicant, providing you with a detailed summary of each and a comprehensive overview using our customized evaluation rubric. 

Once the pool is narrowed and NDAs are signed, the rounds of interviews are scheduled typically with team members and entities that will work closely with the assistant before meeting with the principal. Exercises are introduced to candidates along the way to showcase the candidate’s skill set and how they work.
