Individualized Sessions

One-on-one session with our founder, Chynna, where you’re in the driver’s seat, leading the session and picking her brain. Individualized to allow you to freely ask questions about issues you’ve encountered, upcoming things that you may want help navigating, tips, tricks and more. 

The Process

Assistants know the inner workings of organizations, who the players are and how to keep the trains moving. Discernment, thoughtfulness, and personal connection are things that technology can't replicate. They are qualities that can only be achieved by high performing assistants and administrative professionals. Employers aren’t looking for people who can just tick through a to-do list. In order to be an invaluable asset, you have to think, anticipate, and care about what you do and who you do it for.

Our individual and group virtual sessions allow us to share best practices and tools, offer listening ears and assistance with navigating some of the complications that come with the job. 

Individualized sessions are offered with an initial 30-minute virtual or in-person meeting that involves an extensive background interview to identify challenges, strengths, development needs, and key intentions. 

From there we will begin meeting on an ongoing basis to focus on attainment of personal objectives, problem-solve, and develop and reinforce the key skills needed to execute the identified goals. 

Individualized sessions can be self-pay or employee sponsored. We always encourage assistants to explore if their employer would be willing to sponsor their developmental coaching before bearing the cost alone. 

Sessions can be scheduled as frequently or infrequently as you prefer, whether that’s on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as-needed basis. The duration of the session is also at your discretion. 

Employer Sponsored Executive Assistant Training

Employer-Sponsored Package

We also offer a 4-week employer-sponsored package where assistants receive a 1-hour weekly session, with each week devoted to one of the following topics: 

·      Strategic Scheduling and Calendar Management

·      Travel Logistics Management 

·      Meeting/Event Documents Preparation

·      E-mail Communication Management 

Group Sessions

We run 90-minute virtual courses for assistants and administrative professionals for groups of 15 or less who are looking to upskill, utilizing a set and patented approach.

This group setting allows the opportunity to connect with other assistants and exchange tips and experiences.

Although this is a group session, there is time to interface and work out any issues you may want to bring to the table after the session.
